For this reason, we have a Customer Charter. All EZYAIR employees sign this commitment - and renew it on the anniversary of every year that they work with us.

This is our commitment to you, our customers and suppliers.

• We will be available to help our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


• We will treat all animals with kindness and respect.


• We will assist any member of the public who is in need of our help.


• We will always be students of our trade and expand our skills and knowledge at every opportunity.


• We will embrace new technology as a way for EZYAIR and our customers to operate more effectively.

Our Commitment to this Charter:

1. This Charter will be reviewed annually by Ezy Air management.


2. Customers have the right to request a $50 payment whenever they believe we have failed to meet any of the promises outlined in this Charter.
