Fujitsu air conditioners in Australia are supplied by GENERAL Australia (formerly Fujitsu General Australia). The company changed its name on 1 January 2026 and continues to market products under the Fujitsu and General Airstage brands (source). Its official website is now generalairstage.com.au.
GENERAL Australia states that it "provides a 5 year full parts and labour warranty for all domestic air conditioning systems sold in Australia" (GENERAL Australia warranty information). Conditions are set out in the manufacturer's warranty card. We register the details of your installation and can assist if a warranty claim is needed.
Victorian Energy Upgrades
EZYAIR is a Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) accredited provider (accreditation A2261).
