Midea Multi Split Systems Melbourne

A Midea multi split system connects several indoor units to one outdoor unit, so you can heat and cool multiple rooms with independent control in each. EZYAIR designs, supplies and installs Midea multi split systems across Melbourne on request.

Who a Midea multi split suits

Multi split systems suit Melbourne apartments, townhouses and homes with limited outdoor space, or homes that want individual control of two to six rooms. For one room, a Midea split system is simpler. For whole home comfort through ducts, see Midea ducted air conditioning.

For concealed rooms, a ducted indoor unit on a multi split can sit in a bulkhead. See our bulkhead air conditioner installation page for how we plan and install them.

How we install a Midea multi split system in Melbourne

  1. Enquiry and assessment. We discuss the rooms you want to heat and cool, then assess the home, including room sizes, insulation, windows and orientation, and where the indoor and outdoor units can go.
  2. Recommendation and written quote. We recommend a Midea multi split range and capacity that suits the home and explain the options before you commit.
  3. Installation. Our team installs the indoor and outdoor units, runs the refrigerant pipework and condensate drain, and completes the electrical connection as required by Victorian regulations.
  4. Commissioning and handover. We test heating and cooling operation, set up the controller and show you how to use the system and look after the filters.
  5. Ongoing service. Regular maintenance keeps the system running efficiently. See our maintenance services.
